Mr. Gill
CEO
An entrepreneur from an early age, Mr. Gill began his business journey at 19, launching a motorcycle club and automotive customization company, Aeromotive Kustoms. During the same period, he helped establish the Punjab Youth Force (PYF), supporting blood-donation initiatives, local charities, and programs benefiting children with disabilities while completing his bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from GNDU.
After moving to the United States, he built his professional career in taxation compliance, strategic account management, operations, and continual improvement. Those experiences developed a leadership philosophy centered on building strong teams, improving systems, and creating businesses that deliver an exceptional client experience.
Today, Mr. Gill is an entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Kyss, where he leads the company’s business strategy, operations, growth, and brand development within the medical aesthetics and wellness industry.
His approach to business is rooted in curiosity, adaptability, and continual evolution: the belief that success comes from understanding people, challenging convention, and always finding a better way forward.
Outside of business, he has a lifelong passion for motorcycles, travel, road trips, and music festivals. Whether building a company or exploring somewhere new, his philosophy remains simple: keep moving, keep learning, and enjoy the journey.

Dr. Devinder P. Singh, D.C., is the Founder of Kyss Med Spa and the visionary behind its concept, development, and continued growth. He received his Bachelor of Science from George Mason University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He also holds a Fellowship in Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
With a background in healthcare and extensive experience in developing and growing multidisciplinary healthcare practices, Dr. Singh has developed a strong appreciation for innovation, exceptional service, and creating an environment where clients feel comfortable and valued.
Dr. Singh founded Kyss Med Spa with a vision of bringing together modern aesthetics, wellness, and personalized client care in a sophisticated and welcoming setting. His vision extends beyond individual treatments, focusing on creating an experience built around trust, professionalism, education, and confidence.
As the Founder, Dr. Singh provides the strategic vision behind Kyss Med Spa, helping guide the development of its services, technology, brand, client experience, and long-term growth. He works closely with the Kyss Medical Team to support the practice’s commitment to professionalism, innovation, and high standards of patient care.
While his role is focused on the vision and development of Kyss Med Spa, Dr. Singh believes that exceptional aesthetic care begins with the right team, the right technology, and a genuine understanding of each client’s individual goals.

Nicole Herberger, APRN, FNP-BC
Nicole is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and her Bachelors of Nursing from Villanova University. She was a Registered Nurse at Children’s National Medical Center in the CICU for 10 years before earning her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University.
Nicole’s previous experience is in pain management, specifically managing patients with osteoarthritis. She has a passion for aesthetics and making people look and feel their best. With her previous experience and her love of aesthetics, it is her hope to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals. She has a desire to learn and continually improve her practice making for the best patient experience possible.
